we love to worship

When we come together, our primary focus is to worship the Lord for the many great things that He has done.  Jesus has promised that when we gather together in his name, he will always be in our midst. Worship creates a dynamic, life changing, atmosphere where anything is possible.

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. - Matthew 18:20

Sunday Morning

Every Sunday begins with Sunday School. The PLC Kids gather in the back for Bible lessons, snack, craft and game time. Meanwhile, in the auditorium, Pastor expounds on the word of God in a verse by verse approach to scripture. If you want to learn how the Bible relates to your life, Sunday School is for you.

After a short break we have Family Worship in our second portion of Sunday morning. The whole church family meets in the auditorium for a special time of worship together and evangelistic preaching. We firmly believe that worshipping together makes our families and our church stronger.

Sunday School starts at 10:15 and Family Worship starts at 11:00.

MidWeek Service

There is always something going on at the church on Wednesday evenings. However, what that is changes from time to time. When we are in a small group semester, there will be a bible study at the church and perhaps another small group meeting. When we are not in small groups, there will normally be a service, prayer meeting or fellowship meeting taking place either in the  auditorium or the event center. PLC kids

We have creative worship opportunities for our kids, aged 2-12, on Sundays at 10:15. When the big church is having service on Wednesday nights, PLC Kids have kids church in the fellowship hall.

Fellowship meetings

A familial atmosphere is very important to the  livelihood of the church.  Occasionally, we meet in the fellowship hall or the Harold and Sue Anderson event center for a time of food and fellowship.  There is no better way to strengthen a community of believers than by breaking bread together.
